Shah, Dr. C.D.Kotwal, Dr. Shital M Pujara and Dr. Nirali A Rathod have provided 4-Days training (in the month of April, May, July & Sept 2025) to the DISCOMs Engineers & Officers, Getri-Vadodara on “Solution of Overvoltage, Short Circuit and Harmonic Analysis for their Existing Grid using ETAP Software” and have proven their expertise.
Mr. Jaimin Kulkarni Aluminus of Electrical Engg. Dept. Selected as Intern in BOSCH at Reutlingen, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany since March 2024.

Dr. Nilay Shah appointed as an expert to train various Ethiopian engineers of Ethiopian Power Company, Ethiopia during 8th july to 23rd july 2023.
Mr. Sahil Zaveri, Aluminus of electrical Engg. Dept. has started its own start-up named Zavex Switches involved in feather touched switches compitible with Android application. During his start-up, he has received total SSIP grant of Rs. 1,42,164.00.

Mr. Aliabbas Baldiwala Aluminus of Electrical Engg. Dept. selected as Trainee Scientific Officer at Bhabha Automic Reaserch Centre-BARC. He is now promoted as SCIENTIFIC OFFICER AT Bhabha Automic Reaserch Centre-BARC since August 2019.
ISA-PMCD recently called for profiles for innovation through ideas and experiences from students around the world for 2020-21. Around the world only 16 students received this scholarship. Out of these, 3 students are from IC Department SVIT Vasad, Mr. Arpit Shah, Mr. Anal Upadhyay, Miss. Hiteshi Vasavada received Grant $1300, $600, $450 respectively.
Mr. Naresh Kumar Singh, Alumnus, of the department, graduated in the year 2014, is presently working with Ministry of Defense as “Assistant Director, New Delhi. He has cracked UPSC- IES examination twice. After First time cracking he has worked with Indian Railways.
Ms. Pamela Banerjee, Alumna of the department, graduated in the year 2013, is presently working with Apple Inc. USA as a Program Manager. She is earning worth Rs. 1, 00, 000, 00 (1 Crore) /p.a. and presently posted at Apple Inc. Singapore.
Er. Hiren Patel, Alumnus of the department, graduated in the year 2001, throughout Topper of the First Graduate batch of the department. He won the Best Alumni Award in the Year 2012. At present he is working with EPC Company at Canada.
